Rain Barrel Workshop

The West Hanover Township Authority and the Dauphin County Conservation District are hosting a free rain barrel workshop!  Attendees will learn about stormwater management and receive a free rain barrel for use at home.  Registration is limited to 33 participants so register soon!  First come first serve.  One per Household.
