Earlier this year the Board of Supervisors hired the Architecture Firm of Kimmel Bogrette to conduct a feasibility study to evaluate Township owned facilities and properties for their suitability for the placement of a new Township Administration Building and Public Works Complex. At the July 15th Supervisors meeting the Architect presented three options which are presented here. Of these three options, the Supervisors directed the Township Manager to evaluate Option C further. This option appears initially to provide for the future needs of the township for the lowest cost of the other options. NEW BUILDING OPTIONS
