Feasibility Study to evaluate West Hanover Townships facility needs now and into the future.
At the March 18 Board of Supervisors meeting, the Township engaged Kimmel Bogrette to provide an evaluation of the current Township Administration Building and Public Works complex. The purpose of this evaluation is to determine if current facilities are adequate to support township administration and operation now and into the future.
The Township owns several tracts of land in the Township and those properties are also being evaluated to determine their potential use to support the administration and operations. With this in mind, the architects are directed to determine what size of property would be necessary to have Administration, Sewer Authority, Stormwater Authority, Parks & Recreation and Public Works all located together in one municipal complex.
We anticipate that at the July 15 meeting, the architects will be providing the feasibility study to the Board of Supervisors for their potential future actions for next steps.
